Waitlist and pre-registration

When you pre-register we process your first name, last name, email address, country, language and the time of registration. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We use this data exclusively to inform you about ticket sales, the line-up and festival news.

Newsletter

For the newsletter we process your email address and language on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

Reach measurement

We measure page views without cookies and without storing IP addresses. For each visit we save the page, language, referrer, device type, browser and an approximate location (country, region, city) derived from the IP address, which is discarded immediately afterwards. Visitors are identified only by a daily rotating, non-reversible hash — no personal profile is created. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and needs-based website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Hosting and storage

The website and the database are hosted by our technical service providers within the EU. Data is stored until you withdraw your consent, and at the latest until the end of the festival edition plus the statutory retention periods.

Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
